Patrick Holmes is Senior Policy Advisor for Resilient Forests at American Forests. He has also served as Montana Governor Steve Bullock’s Natural Resources Policy advisor and senior advisor and Chief of Staff to the Under Secretary of Natural Resources and Environment at USDA.
•Brian Kittler | American Forests
Brian Kittler leads the Resilient Forests program and its work on climate-informed reforestation and forest climate strategies. His experience includes the Pinchot Institute for Conservation, Sustainable Northwest, the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, the federal Wildfire Mitigation and Management Commission, and various boards.
•Kimberley Davis | United States Forest Service
As a research ecologist with USFS, Kimberley’s research is broadly focused on understanding the impacts of changing fire regimes and climate on western forest ecosystems. Recent work has focused on identifying how climate and other biophysical drivers influence post-fire tree regeneration and projecting how climate change may impact post-fire forest recovery.
•Kevin Johnson | PG&E
Kevin Johnson is a Principal in PG&E’s Wildfire Preparedness and Operations Team responsible for Wildfire Resilience Partnerships. In this role, he develops projects, partnerships, and programs in service of realizing PG&E’s company’s stand that “[All] Catastrophic Wildfires Shall Stop.” Scope of wildfire resilience partnerships include partnerships to support cost-effective community wildfire resilience and forest health restoration, within and beyond PG&E rights of way, and clean biomass conversion.
